I worked with Holly for several years while at LSU. Holly and I were in separate groups and often our paths would cross because of some conflict between the two groups. I always found Holly to be passionate about her work and to be a great advocate for her customers and co-workers. She possesses the strength of character to push for a resolution in difficult situations and yet maintains a common sense attitude when optimum solutions cannot be reached.

13+ years removed from being in Holly's team, I still consider her one of the greatest managers I ever had. She epitomized what an information technology leader should be. Holly is an exceptional human being, a gifted professional that got excellence from her team by relentlessly teaching. She made me realize the importance of communication in IT and customer focus. I would highly recommend Holly for any cooperative endeavor because she is a great team player.

Holly is extremely organized and very detailed-oriented. I found her to be very ethical in all aspects of her job. She is great at multitasking and working with diverse groups. She was highly respected by the students and her co-workers.
